What the consultation covers

Both consultations are telephone calls of up to 30 minutes with a solicitor. The Standard consultation covers one legal issue and does not include document review. The Extended consultation covers multiple related issues and includes review of documents submitted in advance, within the firm's document limits and the time reasonably available.

  • Every request is subject to solicitor availability, conflict checks, suitability checks and acceptance of the matter.
  • Your appointment is provisional until we confirm it.
  • No payment is taken online. Fees and payment arrangements are agreed with you separately.
  • Further legal work is not included and requires a separate agreement.
  • Booking a consultation does not mean we will accept further instructions, and we cannot promise any particular outcome.
