What we do

The site is built with semantic headings, landmarks and lists, a skip link to the main content, visible keyboard focus, labelled form fields with error messages tied to their inputs, and text that reflows down to small screen widths without horizontal scrolling.

Answers to frequently asked questions are present in the page itself rather than loaded on interaction, so they can be read by assistive technology and found with in-page search.

Motion

Movement on the site is deliberately restrained, and animation and smooth scrolling are switched off automatically when your device requests reduced motion.

Standards

We aim to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria. Where a page falls short we treat it as a defect to be fixed rather than an acceptable limitation.
